1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services, sites, and applications operated by PT Trinusa Sosialoka Indonesia ("Sosialoka", "we", "us", or "our") and our subsidiary brands (including Timur Vault, Lokamusik, and Cover Clearance), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from accessing or using our services.

2. Description of Services

Sosialoka provides an integrated digital music ecosystem through its primary operating subsidiaries:

• Timur Vault: Music catalog aggregation and global publishing distribution services to digital service providers (DSPs).
• Lokamusik: Artist and label subscription-based portal management, dynamic theming, and royalty reporting tools.
• Cover Clearance: Licensing clearing systems for musicians and creators publishing cover song recordings legally.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access certain tools on our platforms, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration and profile information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (passwords, OTP verification codes).
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on our platforms, including design, layouts, source code, graphics, branding, and text, are owned by or licensed to PT Trinusa Sosialoka Indonesia. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access our platform services for personal or professional music management.

You retain all ownership rights to the music catalogs, master recordings, cover recordings, and digital assets you upload or submit through our platforms (e.g. Timur Vault, Lokamusik). By submitting assets, you grant us the necessary distribution and publishing licensing clearances required to execute our services.

5. Distribution & Licensing Terms

All audio files, cover arts, metadata, and licensing requests uploaded to our system must comply with the following:

• You must own or have legally cleared all rights, copyrights, and master ownership of the uploaded audio.
• Cover music must be properly cleared through our Cover Clearance licensing module before public monetization.
• You agree not to upload fraudulent metadata, spam streams, or violate terms of digital store partners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sosialoka makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability of DSP stores, speed of distribution approvals, or absolute accuracy of third-party digital store reports. We will, however, use professional-grade diligence to safeguard your catalog and royalties.

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall PT Trinusa Sosialoka Indonesia or its subsidiaries be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or distribution agreements arising from your use of or inability to use our platform services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date of this document. Continued use of our platforms indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
